After starting off with a win and a clean sheet in our first game, we are back in action this weekend. Arsenal are facing West Ham United tomorrow. A lot has happened since we played our first game against Fulham last weekend. Emi Martinez has left the club to Aston Villa, and Aubameyang finally signed a new 3 year contract with the club. The starting 11 will be picked with the Carabao Cup game in mind. We don’t expect Arteta to make a lot of changes. Our prediction is as follow:

PREDICTION: WIN
Arsenal showed a lot of great performance against Fulham last week, winning the game comfortably. We expect Arsenal to put up an impressive performance against West Ham tomorrow. It’s important to take all 3 points tomorrow because our next game will be against Liverpool.

FORMATION: 3-4-3

GK:
With Martinez’ exit, Leno has now established himself as the undisputed Arsenal number one. He had a very good game at Fulham, apart from one miscommunicated mistake between him and Gabriel.

DF:
David Luiz is back in training and is declared fit for the game. But we want to predict that Arteta keep the same back 3 and also retain Bellerin and Maitland-Niles in the wingback positions. With another game in 4 days, Luiz could be up to speed to start with Saliba and rest Holding and Gabriel.

MF:
Elneny and Xhaka will continue their midfield partnership. The duo had an impressive game, close down everything in midfield and releasing the ball very quickly. Ceballos is expected to start on the bench with a chance in for him on Wednesday against Leicester.

FW:
Arteta will go with the experience front 3 of Lacazette, Willian and Aubameyang. They put in a great performance last week and were all involved in the 3 gaols that were scored. They need to develop their chemistry while it’s early in the season. Saka and Pepe are expected to play against Leicester and will provide depth from the bench in this game.
