Although Arteta will have the final say, the potential debut of Sousa, Walters, and Nwaneri against PSV is definitely exciting. Their introduction could bring a burst of new energy and talent to the team, potentially making a significant impact on their development and adding a new dynamic to Arsenal’s 2023/24 campaign.

I anticipate a debut for all three players and wouldn’t be surprised if they start as well. Here’s why:

Lino Sousa (left back): With Tomiyasu out, Zinchenko is our only option in that position, so he will need to be protected.

Reuell Walters (CB/RB): He is less likely to start, but if Arteta wants to rest one of Saliba or White, Walters could start in one of their positions.

Ethan Nwaneri (RW): He is versatile and can play in various midfield positions and across the front line. However, he is more likely to take Saka’s position.
